This classic styled Sauvignon Blanc offers a subtle array of tropical aromas including granny smith apple, fresh pineapple and light peach notes that are balanced with a fresh lemon zest indicating good acidity. Typically Stellenbosch in character, and showing the ever present herbaceous freshness from the cooler slopes. A Sauvignon blanc that is great as glass of wine to enjoy on its own or paired with one of the recommended dishes.
